We do not offer a change of mind policy on any of our products in store. However, we do offer a 14 day return on our products if the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong size or item. You'll have 14 calendar days from when you purchased the item, including the day of original purchase, to return your item back to us.

You have to acknowledge us first of item being returned, then complete the returns form on your dispatch note and put it in with the item.
All items returned have to be unworn and in resalable condition or we hold the right to cancel the refund.

Returns sent by post are at your own cost. We will pay the return postage if - there has been a mistake on our behalf (in case of the item being faulty, wrong size or colour).

Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage from the Post Office as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.

Your refund will normally be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return but it may take slightly longer to appear on your bank statement. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage unless the item was found to be faulty. This does not affect your normal legal rights.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
